During this unique sound experience, guests will be guided into a relaxed state with breathwork & body relaxation, before allowing the mind to drift as needed.
Immersion in the sounds of native style flutes, frame drum, handpan, voice, crystal & metal singing bowls, chimes, gong, rattles, ocean drum & more, offers a time of respite from the stress & chaos of society... allowing the body to reach the theta state, where restorative processes can begin.

• anything else you need to feel comfortable on the floor
• an open heart & mind
