Mandala Dot Gourd Birdhouse Workshop

In this workshop you will paint your own Mandala Dot Gourd Birdhouse, turning a natural gourd into a beautiful and functional piece of art for your home or garden. Choose your color palette in advance from Pastels, Blues, Southwest, or Brights so your birdhouse can be prepped just for you.

During this unique sound experience, guests will be guided into a relaxed state with breathwork & body relaxation, before allowing the mind to drift as needed.

Immersion in the sounds of native style flutes, frame drum, handpan, voice, crystal & metal singing bowls, chimes, gong, rattles, ocean drum & more, offers a time of respite from the stress & chaos of society... allowing the body to reach the theta state, where restorative processes can begin.

The Saturday Social, normally a space for men, is opening the doors to everyone for an energizing morning of uplifting and empowering conversation.

Building a Better Human is not just about us as men of honor and respect. It is also about supporting and celebrating everyone we share our lives with.
