This is more than just a sound journey.... we'll kick things off with complimentary Curio Wellness treats from Dina, our local, fun-loving Curio representative!!

After our intro, we'll dive into a community "Chit Chat" about modern wellness - a space to learn, share, and connect.

As our elevated treats begin to settle, we'll transition into a transformative Sound Journey. This journey includes shamanic drumming, handpan, voice, chimes, rattles & singing bowls, mixed with moments of sacred silence, to guide you into a state of deep peace and restoration.
